Luna Celeste and Round The Table look progressive
LUNA Celeste and Round The Table look like two three-year-olds on the up based on their wins this week.
Gill Whight’s Luna Celeste took her record to two wins from five starts when winning the mile fillies’ handicap at Nottingham on Tuesday.
She was given a perfect ride by Saffie Osborne who made all, judging the pace to perfection and going on to win by half a length.
On Thursday, David Egan also made every yard of the running to win the 10f novice aboard Round The Table.
Mr Mansoori’s son of Camelot still showed signs of greenness but also a willing attitude to win by a head.
Tom said: “The horses are running well and are a credit to the team at Kremlin. I was impressed by Luna Celeste, she stayed well and pulled out more when challenged.
“Round The Table has always been a horse we have thought plenty of – he made us sweat today but he’s still quite green and he should improve with racing.”
